Welcome to Little AI Explorer! These Terms of Use (End User License Agreement) govern your use of our educational app designed for children ages 5-12.
By downloading, accessing, or using Little AI Explorer, you (as a parent or guardian) agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and your child.
Nature of Services
Little AI Explorer is an educational application designed to teach children about artificial intelligence through storytelling and interactive learning experiences.
Educational Purpose: All content is designed for educational purposes to introduce AI concepts in an age-appropriate, engaging manner. The app is not intended to provide professional advice of any kind.
Eligibility and Parental Consent
Little AI Explorer is intended for children ages 5-12, under the supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
Parent/Guardian Responsibilities:
- You must be at least 18 years old to provide consent
- You are responsible for monitoring your child's use of the app
- You agree to our Privacy Policy and data collection practices
- You will maintain the security of your parental PIN
User Conduct
By using Little AI Explorer, you agree to:
- Use the app only for personal, educational purposes
- Not attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or tamper with the app
- Not share or distribute content without permission
- Not use the app in any way that violates applicable laws
Subscriptions and Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms
Little AI Explorer offers premium educational content through an auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription Details:
- Subscription Name: Little AI Explorer Premium
- Subscription Length: 1 year (annual)
- Price: $24.99 per year (approximately $2.08 per month)
Billing and Renewal:
- Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account at confirmation of purchase
- Your subscription automatically renews annually unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription price
- Subscription prices may change from time to time. You will be notified in advance of any price changes and must agree to continue
Managing and Cancelling Your Subscription:
- On iOS: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID account settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions)
- On Android: You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store account settings (Google Play → Menu → Subscriptions)
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to premium content until the end of the period you have already paid for
- No refunds or credits will be provided for partial subscription periods
Free Trial:
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription
What Premium Includes:
- Access to all chapters (including premium-only chapters)
- All future chapter updates and new content during the subscription period
- Premium interactive activities and educational content
Important: We never see or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled securely by Apple or Google depending on your device platform.
Refunds
- Refunds are subject to the refund policies of the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where the purchase was made
- To request a refund on iOS, visit reportaproblem.apple.com
- To request a refund on Android, visit the Google Play Store support page
Privacy and Data Protection

- All data stored locally on device only

Service Availability
We strive to keep Little AI Explorer available and functional, but we reserve the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or discontinue features
- Perform maintenance and updates
- Change pricing or offerings with advance notice
- Terminate service with notice
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Little AI Explorer if these terms are violated or the app is misused.
You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling any active subscription. All locally stored data will be permanently deleted upon uninstalling.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the "Last Updated" date
- Significant changes will be communicated in-app
- Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
- You may choose to discontinue use if you disagree
